Art Furniture offers a one-year limited warranty on all merchandise we sell. The only exceptions are clearance items or items sold "as is" off the showroom floor and accessory items sold off the showroom floor.
Warranties are not valid if merchandise has been moved from original delivery address.

Each set of bedding purchased has its own limited warranty. Every manufacturer has their own limited warranties for all of the sets they offer. Rooms To Go sells bedding made by several different manufacturers, Sealy, Serta and Art Furniture. Warranties can range in duration from 5-20 years. Proper care and maintenance must be followed to keep warranties from being voided.

The warranties can be found in the bag that the bedding is delivered in. Look for the warranty code on the law label. Match that code with the corresponding code on the warranty card and this will give you the length of your limited warranty.

Protect your new furniture, fabric or leather. Art Furniture offers you peace of mind through our 3-year protection plan for all our fabric and leather goods. Art Furniture also offers a 3-year mattress Protection Plan. Like the fabric and leather plan this provides protection against food and beverage spills. But unlike the other plan, the mattress plan covers stains caused by human blood and urine.

When purchased at the store, protection treatments are applied at the warehouse prior to delivery. Stains should be cleaned immediately. If you are unable to remove the stain, call us at our toll free number and an authorized Rooms To Go technician will be sent to remove the stain. Please refer to your paperwork for the exact terms, conditions and exclusions of your warranty.
